As the founder and CEO of RespraLink, He is channeling his extensive expertise into a venture that promises to revolutionize access to emergency respiratory care. 

His vision for RespraLink is clear: to create a responsive, reliable platform that bridges the gap between those suffering from respiratory illnesses and the immediate care they require. 

Under Simpson’s leadership, RespraLink is poised to become a beacon of hope and innovation in healthcare. Simpson's commitment to his role goes beyond operational oversight; he is deeply involved in strategizing, research, and development to ensure that RespraLink stays at the forefront of technological advancements in healthcare. 

Vice President / Co-Founder

 Born and raised on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Lewis dedicated his life and passion to serving others. From a young age, He embarked on a decade-long journey in the restaurant industry, ascending to various management roles. His customer-focused approach ensured that he left a lasting impression on every individual he encountered.

 As the Vice President and Director of Operations at RespraLink, He is committed to meeting the unique needs of each client. His aim is not only to address these needs but to revolutionize the approach to respiratory care, positioning RespraLink as a pivotal player in transforming the lives of millions worldwide afflicted by such conditions. His leadership is guided by empathy, innovation, and an unwavering resolve to make a difference. Elijah Lewis, in his role, pledges to uphold the highest standards of care and support, ensuring that no one is left behind in their fight against respiratory illnesses. 

Director of Human Relations

   Howard Dennis Simpson brings over five decades of rich experience across the commercial, chemical processing, industrial, and oil and gas industries to his role as Director of Human Relations at RespraLink. His career, marked by roles as a project manager and seasoned designer, showcases his precision in managing projects and people alike.

His journey through architectural and engineering fields, coupled with his extensive construction experience, has armed him with deep insights into project management, budgeting, timelines, and the dynamics of personnel. Having engaged with a broad spectrum of individuals, from laborers to executives and trade unions, he has become adept at navigating the intricacies of diverse personalities, work environments, and the governing laws unique to each sector.

His experience across multiple states has enriched Simpson with a profound understanding of the legal landscape, enabling him to adeptly navigate the complexities of laws and regulations in various jurisdictions. He has been integral to management and design teams on some of the largest private sector projects in the country, including the monumental Motiva project in Port Arthur, Texas — a joint venture between Jacobs Engineering and Bechtel, now recognized as the largest refinery in North America. Additionally, Simpson played a pivotal role in the success of the United Airlines Maintenance facility in Indianapolis and served as a structural program manager for the Podium of the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, both multi-billion dollar investments.

At RespraLink, Simpson is dedicated to applying his extensive background in people management, problem-solving, research and development, and strategic planning to support RespraLink in its mission. He aims to drive innovation and evolution within the organization, ensuring top-tier support and care for those in need. Simpson's leadership in human relations is focused on cultivating a team that strives to excel when their support is most crucial.

Bringing a wealth of expertise and passion to her role as the CFO of RespraLink, Jennings has dedicated the majority of her career to the financial sector. With a keen affinity for numbers, she thrives on the complex challenges inherent to finance, approaching each task with precision. Beyond her professional achievements, Jennings holds a deep commitment to social impact, particularly in aiding those battling substance use disorder on their journey towards recovery. This commitment extends into her personal life, where she actively engages with and supports nonprofits aligned with her mission. Her leadership at RespraLink not only ensures fiscal responsibility but also embodies the core values of compassion and service that drive the organization forward
